A great kitchen with nothing wrong except the months between high seasons.

Real Good Pasta does roughly ฿500,000 a month on Grab in high season. In low season that figure halves. Nothing about the food has changed. The only thing that has changed is how many people are reminded you exist on the days they're scrolling, hungry, and undecided. That's the gap we close.

01 / The identity

Everyday pasta. Not white tablecloths, not nonna in Tuscany, not faux-rustic.

Big portions. Properly sauced. Late-night-friendly. Familiar enough that you know what you're getting, made well enough that you keep coming back. We will protect that positioning across every piece of content: the warmth, the generosity, the lack of pretension. No "rustic Italian villa" cliches.

Late-night delivery is a moat, not a footnote.

Most of Chiang Mai's pasta options close by 9pm. You don't. That single fact, built into recurring content, paid ads, and consistent messaging, can carry an entire campaign. Hungry-at-11pm, post-shift, post-night-out, post-baby-finally-asleep: those are people who want pasta and currently default to whoever shows up first in their feed.
